These Terms and Conditions («Terms») constitute a legally binding agreement between you («the Player», «You») and the operator of this website. By registering a Player Account on the website casinorocket-online.net («Website», «Casino», «We», «Us», «Our»), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use or continue to use the Website.

The Parties and Governing Law

This section identifies the company operating the service and the license under which it operates. These Terms are governed by the laws specified herein.

The Website is owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 144359 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. Hollycorn N.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (license no. OGL/2023/176/0095).

Player’s Legal Responsibilities

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction. You accept all liability for your actions and confirm you meet the required legal age for gambling.

You confirm and warrant that online gambling is legal and permitted in the jurisdiction where you are located. You will not use the Website while resident or temporarily located in any jurisdiction that prohibits its use. The availability of our services shall not be interpreted as an offer or invitation by us to use the services in a country where such use is illegal. The Company assumes no liability and will not reimburse any deposits or losses if you violate any applicable legal provision.

Age Verification

We accept strictly adult players. The minimum age for participation is 18 years, or the age of majority specified by the jurisdiction of your place of residence, whichever is higher.

It is your sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws regarding age limitations for online gambling in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to ask for proof of age at any time and may limit access or suspend a Player Account if this requirement is not met.

Player Account Management

To use our services, you must register a personal Player Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your account.

Account Creation

Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account. The Website must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player («Duplicate Accounts») can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to the termination of all such accounts and the cancellation of all payouts. You shall not provide access to your Player Account or allow its use by any third party, including minors. Any returns, winnings, or bonuses gained while a Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity. This is a necessary part of our security and legal obligations.

We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. To verify a player’s account, management requires documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If you cannot provide documents in these alphabets, the Casino reserves the right to demand a video verification where you show your documents.

Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. If we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) within two weeks from the date of a withdrawal request, the account may be locked, as you will have failed to pass the KYC procedure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The Casino is not a financial institution and should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest, and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered.

Deposit Requirements

The Website offers a variety of payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, and various alternative methods. All payments with Paysafe are processed via Hollycorn N.V.

The minimal amount of deposit is €10 or equivalent. The maximum amount depends on the payment method selected. Money deposited must be used for gaming activity. Therefore, any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times their deposit amount) before a withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available.

Third-Party Payments

Using third-party payments is strictly prohibited. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank card, e-wallet, or other payment method registered in your own name.

If we determine during security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for lost funds deposited from third-party accounts.

Withdrawal Process

The minimal amount for withdrawal is €20 or equivalent. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method used.

If a requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments. The Casino reserves the right to check your identity (KYC) prior to processing payouts and to hold any withdrawal for the time needed to check your identity. If you provide false or incomplete Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated.

Withdrawal Limits

The maximum withdrawal limits are determined per transaction, day, week, and month, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.

The maximum withdrawal amount is 3,500 EUR/5,000 AUD, CAD, NZD for players who have made three or less deposits. General withdrawal limits are:

  • Per transaction: €1,000 or equivalent.
  • In 24 hours: €1,000 or equivalent.
  • Per week: €5,000 or equivalent.
  • Per month: €15,000 or equivalent.

Exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP level at the Casino’s sole discretion. If you win more than €15,000 (excluding progressive jackpots), the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum €15,000. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

Refund Policy

A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first 24 hours of the alleged transaction, or within 30 calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed his/her Player Account.

If you have funded your account with a Credit Card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the purchases you have made. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded. All costs that may occur upon the refund procedure are on the player.

Liability and Wager Errors

You accept that gambling may lead to losing money. The Casino is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers do not warrant that the software or the Website is fit for its purpose or free from errors. We are not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connections, or other technical errors that may limit access or prevent uninterrupted play.

We shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino and its directors for any cost, expense, or loss that may arise in relation to your use of the Website.

Erroneous Payments and Wagers

In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to act.

We reserve the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all wagers at the correct terms. If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to you (due to a technical issue, error in paytables, human error, or otherwise), the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account.

If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to us. You are obliged to notify us immediately by email of any incorrect crediting.

Software Errors

Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them.

Furthermore, you agree to report any error or incompleteness to the Casino immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, the Casino has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error and the failed notification.
